Well, I am slowly getting accustomed to my new brother, Sammie.
He is growing and I am staying the same size, so I have to get along with him
or I will be squished! He does know how much “romping” I will tolerate though!
At least I feel comfortable roaming my house again without fear of being
trampled. Sammie is becoming more able to be controlled by my mom. He knows how
to sit and lie down. He sleeps in the bedroom now and is much quieter. I,
still, am the only one that gets to sleep “in” the bed. All others must sleep
along side the bed. I love the heat, but everyone else in the house must have
the air conditioner on and fans blowing every which way. I don’t understand it,
but I must respect that I am not the only one living there. It is still a
blessing to come to work, as I have my friends here and I can get a reprieve
from the ever active puppy at home. Please stay safe and keep your pets cool
and hydrated this summer.
